I was born in Düzce in 2000. I completed all of my education from primary school through high school in Düzce. For my university education, I was admitted to Istanbul Gedik University on a full scholarship. I pursued a Double Major Program (ÇAP) in Psychology and Child Development, completing both programs within five years with high honors and graduating as the top student of my department. During my undergraduate studies, I gained experience working at various institutions, including Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital, Kadıköy Guidance and Research Center, Velibaba Family and Child Education Center, and Acıbadem Erdoğan Yüksel Kindergarten.
During my undergraduate studies, I led the TÜBİTAK 2209-A project titled My Dream Playground: An Examination of Preschool Children's Perceptions of Playgrounds Through Their Interviews and Drawings. I presented the oral report of this project at the 2023 Eskişehir International Early Childhood Education Congress, and the article version was published in the Çukurova University Journal of Education (54(1), 2025, 429-459).
After completing my degree, I participated in various certificate programs and courses focused on children and parents. Every connection I made with a child reminded me of the depth, subtlety, and strength of the human spirit. I repeatedly experienced the impact of emotions hidden in a glance or a few words. Listening to children, I rediscovered the importance of being present with patience, empathy, and sincerity, not just with professional knowledge.
I am currently working as a Psychologist at Nadas Village. Nadas provides a nature-integrated, discovery-based learning environment that centers the child and supports holistic development. Within this ecosystem, one of my main priorities is to support children’s emotional, cognitive, and social growth while creating safe spaces where they can express themselves freely.
In my work, I collaborate not only with children but also with families and other professionals, ensuring that each individual has the opportunity to reach their potential in an environment of acceptance and non-judgment. The freedom and naturalness offered by Nadas create a space where both children and professionals can nurture themselves and remain open to growth. My goal is to combine my professional knowledge with a developmentally sensitive, evidence-based, and scientifically informed approach to meet each child’s unique needs.
I believe that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and understood, and I feel the responsibility and privilege of accompanying them on this journey every day.
